We take inquiries by phone and text only. When you call or text us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, the vehicle you are interested in, your rental dates, a delivery address or hotel, and anything else you tell us. If you go on to rent a vehicle, we collect the information required by the rental agreement (such as a driver’s license, proof of insurance and payment details). That information is governed by the rental agreement and is not collected through this Site.

Information collected automatically

We use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, links clicked (including taps on our “call” and “text” buttons), approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and time on page. These services may set cookies or use similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Calls and text messages

When you call or text us, you agree that we may contact you by phone or SMS at that number about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and business, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), our phone and messaging carrier, analytics providers, and payment or e-signature services used at booking. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Miami Car Collective, our customers or others, including in the event of a traffic violation, toll, accident or theft involving a rental vehicle.

Retention

We keep call and text records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping. Rental records are kept as required by insurance, tax and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings.
